SmartPresence is cloud based time & attendance system, for attendance data capture, time tracking, schedule, control and report. It run on android mobile, SmartPresence DataCapture, Dashboard and Employee App. DataCapture have built-in real-time face recognition and GPS restriction range location, and have smartsync feature. The apps can run online and offline, and able to placed KiosK mode. The time-tracking feature is on Dashboard app, that can drill down atttendance data and have real-time data attendance insight. Employee app for employee to access their attendance and to do PTO request and approval and have function to exchange shift schedule.
