Timer. is the simplest timer out there and it also repeats itself so you can easily track time without ever touching it. Great uses include tabata workouts, cooking, time-boxing yourself for great focused work, and general time keeping! Don't look at the clock any more, get through your days in set intervals and be productive!
It sounds very simple and boring but it’s something you’ll have to experience for yourself to feel the magic. We’ve been time-boxing ourselves in 30min segments followed by 5min break and our productivity has gone way way up. Give it a try!
