October 15th, 2014, NEW YORK - Imagine Easy Solutions, which serves over 70 million people every year, has launched a new analytics product called Trackbat that will change the way presentations are shared online. Trackbat allows you to track what happens to your presentations when they’re sent out. Whether you’re sending a presentation to your colleagues, a potential investor, or the public, Trackbat provides information about who’s engaging with your content and how, so you can better understand how to follow up and and how to improve your content.
The brainchild of Neal Taparia and Darshan Somashekar, Imagine Easy’s co-CEOs, Trackbat was created to put data behind the 30 million PowerPoints that are sent out every day. They noticed that when a presentation is sent out via email, nobody knows what happens to the document - who opens it, how long it is viewed, and what content resonates. Trackbat was designed to solve these problems.
“As our company grew, I noticed how frequently I was sending out presentations to my staff and partners. I was spending hours creating valuable content, but I had no idea what happened to it once it was sent out. Without any analytical feedback, I didn’t know if that material made any difference and how to respond”
- Neal Taparia, Co-CEO
With the internet, smartphones, and other technology advancements, communication has made leaps and bounds over the past 30 years. Documents, however, have stayed in the 20th century despite their importance to the business world.
“Trackbat has the potential to change the way we send attachments. We live in an age where everything is tracked - everything except vital business documents. We’re already using it to help close new customers by understanding how engaged they are in our sales material."
- Rahul Kalita, Head of Sales and Partnerships.
