Immerse yourself into the music and the natural psychological rhythms and let your mind enjoy the tranquility of the moment. When you hear the tone you can slowly open your eyes and focus again on the photo. And that's all there is to it. No yoga mats or yoga pants. No teachers. Just you, a set of headphones (preferably) and a moment in time.
Trasa isn't an app that you need to dedicate large parts of your day to. It's easy to simply take a moment of calm to refocus and refresh your mind and body whenever you wish. Tap on the 'myself' and 'schedule' buttons to set a reminder and either add a session or set up one for later in the day or night. There's also a 'recurring' button for regular visits and you can even set up goals for each session. To set your mood just click on the 'mood' button - you will see the color and smile change - and swipe your finger through the changes until you reach the one that suits you best. Tap on the X button to record your mood for the day and Trasa's intelligent algorithms will do the rest.
