[cont'd] also renders it pretty useless as a medical indicator as I can’t imagine too many doctors would be willing to prescribe sleeping tablets on the strength of the data produced.
Still, if you really want to be able to look back at your sleep patterns over a period of time then have a go but you could easily write the information in a diary.
There are apps for just about everything and some are pretty pointless. Guess what?
